Richard Stéphane Gilles is a passionate and experienced IT professional with over 16 years of expertise in customer service, technical support, and IT systems management. He began his career at the age of 19 in the telecommunications industry, working with Digicel in Haiti, where he was quickly promoted from customer service to technical support thanks to his problem-solving skills and dedication.

After nearly a decade of service at Digicel, Richard moved to Mexico to pursue advanced studies in IT. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Management and specialized in Database Management and Programming. During his time in Mexico, he joined PayPal as a Technical Support Specialist, where he further developed his skills in delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, global environment.

Driven by a strong desire to help people and solve real-world problems, Richard founded Onsark360, a technology company focused on web development, IT support, and tech solutions for small businesses and organizations. Currently, he also serves as the IT Lead at Source of Life Ministry International, a mission-driven nonprofit that supports vulnerable communities.
